“Not Quite the Truth but good delivery”

Have very mixed reviews over this company. Delivered on time as promised in 24hrs. Unfortunately the item was not as ordered and damaged. Immediately phoned to repot the damage and explain it was not the product expected. Was clearly informed it was the correct product, but after a conversation with the person who initially ordered it and a reminder about the conversation it turned out it was the incorrect underlay. As for the damage even though it is clear what time I signed for it and phoned immediately, because I had not wrote damaged on the machine it is dismissed. Our contract is with the seller not the courier. They think they have been generous in offering a £10. credit for a future order even thpugh we will not be usung there services again this is there compensation for wrong product and damage. We could have insisted in them collecting it and redelivering the correct product. The electic floor heating system was as should be. Plus they did initially sell us 10mm underlay which is completely different to what there web site recommends for wood flooring but a lot more expensive we did phone back and change it to 6mm boards as recommended ( awaiting refund currently) but we received a roll of white underlay not the grey boards they sold us and recommended.

Make sure you check everything you receive as in good condition and correct item. as customer service very poor when dealing with complaints.
