“They got it wrong!”

After speaking to an advisor about replacing 2 bikes was had had stolen we arranged for our bikes to arrive on Wednesday, on Tuesday I received a call letting me know there had been a problem with one of the bike orders and they would not be delivered on the day expected. My husband had arranged his day off to be there for delivery and hopefully to get to use the new bike!. The initial advisor had ordered me the wrong bike which had caused the problem and had also mis-quoted us for some of the extras we were getting. Not only were my bikes not going to be arriving when expected but also I owed an extra £45.00! because he had ordered the wrong GPS too. After speaking to an advisor and then a team leader I still felt upset and really let down. The only resolution offered was that they would arrange for a morning delivery for the Thurdsday (when my husband was back at work) so I had to arrange for someone else to be there. Also the GPS price I was told would stand, The GPS unit required to replace the one stolen was not available and they could not source another. I had to agree to not have the GPS ordered because I didn't want to pay the extra. When the bikes arrived my bike was still wrong, it was not the bike ordered off the website the bike ordered was white and I received a black one!... I couldn't stand the hassle of returning the bike and waiting again for another to arrive so decided to keep the bike. I was also told that to exchange the bike it would be an addition £35.00 even though yet again it was there fault. Seems to me that this company are only after the extra money they can make and are not too good at getting the orders right.
