I was sceptical of an online PC company however; after recommendations by the Computeractive team, I decided to upgrade, at last, to a faster PC after years of upgrading my own old machine. I was most impressed with the help in deciding which PC to go for and the advise from the team as to which warranty that was right for me.

The delivery went extremely well, with both Palicomp and the delivery company ensuring when it would arrive to the nearest hour. Most impressive!

The packaging was excellent, with all equipment safely wrapped up and delivered intact.

It is refreshing to find a British PC company providing excellent service which, I would recommend to all. Well done.
