Basically bike was damaged on arrival. After numerous calls and emails I received the the part for the bike however turns out this wasn't the correct part and then this went on for a further 2 parts. After speaking to a 'team leader' I was given compensation (£50) to spend at wheelies. I decided enough is enough and I wanted to return the product as the customer service I received was absolutely shocking. The 'team leader' suggested that to return the bike it needed to be in a box which was fine however I had to retrieve one from my local bike shop who unfortunately didn't have one but for a discounted price wheelies could provide one for £15 and that she could take it out of my compensation. Needless to say after speaking to this woman for 1 hour I got the box sent out for free as why should I have to pay for a box to return something which wasn't actually fit for purpose when delivered. Absolutely disgusting customer service and the most patronising woman (team leader) I have ever spoken to. The bike itself would would of been great it was the specialised rockhopper sport however we will take our customer elsewhere.
