Good Points
Bedrock Cafe, across the road from the hotel, without which we would have starved.

Bad Points
Reception staff surly, and didn't want to know you unless you were German, French or Italian. The bar just off reception, absolutely stunk of sour beer. Airconditioning in reception not working. Lighting in ground floor corridors was non-existant, making going to your room a scary experience. Beds were hard as rock, and the pillows the same. No chairs to sit on in room. Not enough room to hang clothes up. Complained every day about the shower rail hanging off the wall, nothing was done. No drawers to place underwear in, so you basically have to live out of a suitcase. The dining room was always full of flies, and it was a race to see who could get the food first, flies or you. The food was absolutely abysmal, there were four of us and we all had bad stomachs, hence the need for the bedrock cafe . The queues in the restaurant were massive!! Thirty two minutes to get pancakes, and by the time you got from one end of the hot plates to your table, the food was cold. The chefs are a waste of time. They do not cook food properly! If you complained that an omelette was not cooked properly, they just laughed at you, unless you were of other european heritage. All in all, the restaurant chefs want sacking. The tour rep is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

General Comments
I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We could not wait for the flight home.
