“Friendly, knowledgeable, quick e-mail account set up”

For a new business it is an anxious time choosing an ISP - so many negative reviews out there to put you off. I have previously run a business through Skymarket with no problems so chose Internetters over other providers. I am no technical whizz on my computer either and the thought of having to set up my email services online was daunting to say the least.

The service I received was very helpful and also quick. The technical support team were very patient and when I had problems connecting my email they asked me to download a tool whereby they could then access my laptop and set me up themselves in real time - brilliant!

They treated me with respect and I appreciate how difficult it can be for them to ascertain the problems I was experiencing. I have no hesitation in recommending them and hope that the long term business relationship will develop and that they will be there to help me along the way.
