“ Really pleased with our kitchen”

We have recently had our Optiplan kitchen installed and we are really pleased with it. We looked around at different kitchen suppliers but opted for Optiplan largely because of the excellent sales person, Marcia, based in the Newbury showroom, and also because their price was very competitive. Marcia was extremely professional and had some great ideas, coming up with a kitchen design that we were really happy with. She made the whole process of choosing a kitchen really easy and stress free.
My only negative point was I felt there was a slight lack of communication between the builder (organised by Optiplan) and the design team (we decided against having our walls tiled and this was not communicated to the builder so no plastering of the walls was arranged, meaning we had to stall the kitchen fitting for a week whilst a plasterer was arranged to plaster our walls). Possibly this was up to us to arrange, but I felt this should have been something Optiplan thought about.
On a more positive note, the kitchen fitters were very good, and we were very happy with the quality of their work. The Installation team, and also Sandie the administrator in the Newbury showroom, were also very helpful and professional.
I would recommend Optiplan to other people.
