I had a problem entirely of my own making by making a late night purchase of "the wrong" products. I contacted the support team by phone initially, who told me they would raise the necessary ticket to get me switched to the right product and to refund the difference to me. Not only did they provide this service, but they also found a way to consolidate some of the services I have to save me even more. Although that was not the purpose of my original query, it is really good to know that the support team really do look out for the best solution available. Great stuff! Thanks
