“NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO RESPECT FOR AESA GOVERNING BODY”

Had long haul flight delay over 24 hours due to incompetance admin messing up my bookings.... asked for the 600 euro compensation they offered vivos points. ignored my correspondence so contacted AESA who upheld my claim and instructed IBERIA to pay the compensation. IBERIA ignored them..so brought in a law firm... after a year and a half got the 600 Euros but legal fees took half. Its a rubbish airline who couldn't care less about their paying customers or the European Airline Governing Body - hope they go bust...
