“Excellent after sales service!”

I ordered a pair of Fitflops and after a couple of months they developed a fault. I emailed Cloggs who replied with a free returns label and within a couple of weeks I received a brand new pair! I was extremely pleased with the initial fast delivery and especially the efficient after sales service.
