“Good service, but expensive to online prices”

The service is very efficient and fast as promised.
I feel the price they quote is always higher by £40-50 to the online price.My suggestion is to book online than over the phone unless you want excess baggage allowance in that case -it's better to buy over phone.

I feel it's a silly practice which they should address
