My property was uploaded and within a few hours, to my surprise, the first enquiry came in. In the next few days many more. We sold subject to removing the property of the web.

No need to worry about all the details for your listing. The form Visum provides is easy to follow. Get your own EPC done. Take some decent photographs. Upload.

You will need to provide proof of ownership. Clearly Visum can not list unless you are confirmed. Don't worry about giving ownership details. Any property details are available from the Land Registry.

So yes, I am very happy to recommend The Visum service.
