“Hi, I love my Cygnus, it's economicaland up to now...”

Hi, I love my Cygnus, it's economicaland up to now pretty reliable but I've been having starting problems, I think diue to the Battery. It turns over like it's flat then quickens then eventually starts! Until this morning when it was just dead ! Anyone else had this problem ? I've also never been able to start the Scooter with the kick start!! I've had bikes for years but the kick starter doesn't even make it fire. Am I doing something wrong ?
