“Love my new bed!!”

I ordered the Birlea Berlin 4ft Ottoman in Black. (I did my research and the cheapest genuine website I could find was bedsonlegs) My payment wasn't going through so a nice man helped me on the phone and did it that way. It took some time putting it together however I was pleased with the on time delivery and they notified me before saying the delivery will come within the hour. They did carry it inside but not up the stairs as my boyfriend did that. I found that some screws were rusty and we there were 2 missing but weren't very important. The mattress feels great,a lot softer than imagined in terms of material but a firm feel in general and the bed is a little hard to lift at first as its a bit stiff but just make sure you keep hold of the handle when you put it down. It also came with 2 free memory pillows as promised. The instructions were a little unclear which is probably why it took us a while to assemble it but we got there in the end! Overall, it feels great and I would recommend this bed and this company! Thank you so much :)
