“High risk of losing your money”

I ordered and paid for a lens and light meters. Light meters arrived broken down and lens has never been shipped even. No refund made, just promises until he went quite totally. I must admit I found some positive feedback on this store but it was from long time ago. Over the recent few years I have found only complaints - my bad I should have researched before I paid. Based on my research there is some probability you will get what you ordered but it's very low. Most probably this guy will not deliver and will stop communicating after a few days. Just wondering if anyone has made the effort of taking this store to court yet.
