Great start to our claim but boy there is no customer service once you hit a snag. The hold music rings in your ears throughout the night as you listen to it all day waiting for a response from anyone. Oh and as for the customer service department they can't actually offer you any. Our car has been in the workshop for 7 weeks and has not been satisfactorily completed yet however the insurers don't take any responsibility for that even though it is with their prefered repairers. Keep clear of these folk, its not he cheapest insurance deal but if you bought it thinking it might be a good one you've been had.
