purchased a ticket on June 8th called the airline to get some information about the flight on June 10 they had nothing in the system they used the reference number, name and credit card. So I called the Ticked agency and get a verizon message saying the server is not available. Then I call the airline on June 11 and come to find out the travel agency canceled the flight on June 9th, even though my payment is good. So I Strongly do not recommend anyone use this service!!!! BEWARE
