“All For Money With Little End Product”

Stay well away from this company, honestly! Please do your research first! All they will do is chase you for your money and once they have it, everything else seems to go out the window; end product, customer service, any of your concerns about the build and creation of your site. I clearly told the sales team what my expectation was for the site that I wanted built. Showed them the site I already have and the similarities I want the new one to have and they told me to go for a certain package. Once I paid, I then had a phone call meeting with the graphic designer, and it seemed like I needed a bit more work done to the site. I was prepared to pay a little bit more if it was necessary, so that was no problem. But by no means was I expecting anywhere near the insane quote I was given. Honestly, you could put a decent deposit down for a house with what they asked for. I didn't know whether to laugh or not, it was that bad. Not to mention that it also took about a week or two for them to get back to me with the new quote (a perfect example of how little they care once a payment has been made). I've now decided to just leave it and discontinue any further work by them and take the hit on what I've lost, rather do that than give them a penny more and be stuck with this lousy excuse of a company. Absolutely appalling.
