“No refund for a refundable ticket after 10 months”

I have booked a ticket from Calgary and canceled it on Sep 2014. I have not received the refund yet (June 2015). I have followed up more than 10 times and every time promised that refund will be happening, without any result. I am not recommending Lufthansa as if you need to cancel your ticket (and ticket IS refundable), good luck with refund. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY.
