Failure to respond in a timely manner. No response from web site. Poor response from telephone call.

General Comments
Items were supposed to be shipped within 7 - 10 business days with express delivery. Ordered items from Rush Industries on March 29th of 2007. As of today, May 27th of 2007, I still have not received the product. I called the company, and I was told that there had been a problem with shipping to AZ, but that had just been cleared up that day?!?! They would re-ship my order. This was May 17th. Still have not heard or seen anything. Of course they have already charged my account (within a day or two of the original order). I believe a call to the BBB is in order.
