Any time I call MBNA MasterCard Customer Service, I am on hold for at least 15 minutes. I've been cut off so many times....very frustrating. Just want to talk to someone about a $1600 charge I did not authorize.
Ever since the company changed over, the Customer Service is almost non-exsistant. AARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!
