“Graduate careers = cold calling!!!”

This agency is not organized at all!! I applied for a graduate position last week, shortly after I received calls from different people asking the same information. The first person asked me some things and said that my profile would fit the role and they would send me an email and return the call to progress with the process and nothing happened, the person did not call me back and did not reply my email requesting an update. The second person, four days after, asked me the same questions which I answered in the same way and told me that this was not the profile for the job (which later I discovered that in fact was not what I was looking for).They advertise vacancies for graduates to work doing cold calling.
