“Friendly, efficient company”

After a bit of searching, One Stop PC Shop came in significantly cheaper than Amazon for what I needed (a UPS - back up power supply for my Mac). I'd never heard of them and was going to have to pay carriage too (I always try Amazon first because of free delivery with Prime) so I was a bit hesitant. After seeing a less than glowing set of reviews here I was even more hesitant. However, I ordered my UPS with next day delivery and it duly arrived the next day. I didn't set up an account with them so had no order tracking (annoying) but called this morning and was answered by a human who gave me a tracking number (DPD) straight away. It would have been helpful to know that just buying as a one-time customer means no automated tracking. I found this a little clunky and had to call on 0845 number to get the info but given I was answered by a polite, helpful person straight away and the goods arrived well-packed and on time, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
