“Unfriendly Staff”

On our last flight, my husband asked for some coffee and the flight attendant said she would bring it by when she could. Less than five minutes after receiving the coffee, the flight attendant walked by and unknowingly bumped his coffee with her body. It spilled all over the tray. My husband hit the call button to request some napkins for cleanup. The same flight attendant came over, looked at my husband with annoyance, and said in a frustrated voice, "Now what?" He calmly explained that she had spilled his coffee while walking by and could he have some napkins. Her reply was, "Oh, I'll get you some."

Come fly the friendly skies? I think not United!!
