“Total Let down”

Booked our family holiday then got called the next day to tell me our flights for the 6 of us had gone up by £250 and do I still want to go ahead. I said, we'll change flights to the other flight available because that was same price and same airport going out and different one coming in. They said that had gone up by £25 each on TOP of the £250.

It appears They hedge their bets with the flight companies on how many people book their 9 allocated seats. If you are a bigger party and the tail end of the 9 then you end up paying extra.

What a rip off. Get a magnifying glass and read the small print.

Gutted.

Be careful as it's not what it says on the tin
