Don't be fooled by the positive comments here. I purchased an apple daybed as another daybed was out of stock and at first I was really pleased. A few months later the large round cushion began to fall apart at the seam. I contacted select and they said that they would replace it. I was so impressed with the service that I ordered a Rimini lounger and again I ordered that because the one I wanted wasn't in stock.
I never got the free cushions despite months and months of contacting them. Regarding my apple daybed cushion I never got a replacement. I was told to attach photos which I did and again nothing. I was told to get a machinist to fix the cushion and they would repay the money. I didn't trust them as they had already lied to me hence I never got the cushion repaired or replaced. As for the free cushions I never got them either. My Rimini lounger is now 2 years old and the rachet mechanism does not work ie I can no longer use it in the sitting up position without props wedged behind it.
All in all this is a very poor company who is only interested in getting your money. There is NO customer service when things go wrong and they should be ashamed of themselves.
I would say to anybody thinking of purchasing anything from these sheisters BUYER BEWARE. Regarding star rating they don't deserve one however there is not an option no stars.
