“speeedy shuttle transter was disgracefull”

Holiday and hotel was great. Speedy shuttle going to hotel was great, only 3 stops. The speedy shuttle going back to the airport was absolutely ridiculous. We were on the bus over three hours, and picked up at least 10 stops. The driver kept getting lost, and did not know where the hotels were, he was picking up from. Everyone on the 'SPEEDY SHUTTLE ' were complaining that he was over an hour late picking them up. Imaging how me and my friend felt, we were the first to be picked up. We paid for speedy shuttle - maximum 4 stops. It was a lovely holiday totally spoilt by the horrendous journey back to the airport.
