“Another fuming customer”

They only booked two transfer passengers even though I booked everything for four people. They also only booked for two cases in the hold instead of four. When I phoned they said it would take 24 hrs to listen to the tape recording and they would get back to me. I have never used this company before and will certainly not be using them again. The heavy accent of the person taking the details made the whole process very difficult although they were pleasant throughout I would rather everything had gone right. When I asked him to send copies of the information out I was told it would be another £35!!!
