“Taken money without permission!”

I have agreed payment plan with this company, they take payment from my card without permission. I had agreed an amount to pay, paid it, they then took more money from my account the following day! Emailed them, called them, cannot get hold of anyone. Disappointing when customer service was initially not a problem. Would not be as much of a problem if someone just came back to you. Because of their mistake today I could not afford my train fare to work and have lost a days wages.
