“Paid upfront, fobbed off.”

On the 30th April I ordered, and paid up front, for new blinds for our new bungalow. After several telephone calls and being fobbed off by being told that the blinds would be sent the following day, we have been very busy and are behind with the orders. The latest response was that the blinds would be dispatched on Tuesday or Wednesday (26/27 May) to arrive with me the following day. Today, 25th May, Email received to say that the material I ordered is out of stock and will not be in until the end of June. I have spoken to different people nearly practically every time I have telephoned and have been told a lot of untruths regarding my order. This is a company to stay well clear of. The box below asks for a rating for Value for Money, well the value for money is a big MINUS as they have my money and I do not have any blinds or any chance of them in the near future, if at all.
