There are a few major muscles this machine doesn't work very hard, so it's not the 100% complete workout solution it's sometimes touted as, more like 95%. I fill in with some push-ups.
General Comments
This Concept 2 Model D is a really nice piece of gear. I've only had mine a month (after a lifetime of little or no exercise), but I can already tell that I'm going to stick with it for the long-run.
