“airline from hell”

Booked a flight, a month in advance, BE996 from Southampton to Belfast. They cancelled this in April. Rebooked me on BE873 and BE488 from Southampton to Belfast over Manchester. THen they cancelled this as well because overbooked. (I had received a confirmation by email). Rebooked to BE998 from Southampton to Belfast leaving at 18:30. Got confirmation. Then they cancelled this one for me because it was overbooked. They re-booked to BE986, leaving the Next Morning at 9. Then I got my boarding passes for the flight BE873/BE488 to Belfast over Manchester. Disaster stroke. The flight was delayed. Missed the connecting flight. Had to wait 2 hours for a hotel. No dinner offered. They booked me on a flight the next day, Not the morning flights, but late afternoon. No lunch offered nothing. Once they have your money, you are nothing but a irrateble piece of dirt. Other passengers got transferred to a flight the same evening to Edinburgh, and got the early flight on the 23rd to Belfast. i was refused this option because it was all overbooked. I offered to go to Edinburgh at my own expense to take the early morning flight. No point, they said, there is no space. But I went online and there were still seats available. But at that time all Flybe services were closed and not available. Terrible terrible airline. And bear in mind that in the last Two Years I have flown with them Twice a Week.
