we are trying to switch products when a fixed term mortgage ends. What a performance! for existing an existing customer of 12 years, it should be easier than this.
We have to wait 1 month for an advisor call, which will be 1 hour long and many questions and paperwork required just to switch. Customer service ops cannot advise on anything they just answer the phones!! appalling.
