Product ordered online was the Stephanotis gift bag. Order received was a different plant. Contacted customer service, they apologised and arranged for another delivery of the Stephanotis gift bag. Next order received was an orchid. Rung customer service again and they advised it was likely that a substitution was being sent as Stephanotis was out of stock (this wasn't reflected on the website.) They offered a gift voucher for an amount less that the original purchase price but no refund was possible as apparently the terms and conditions states that if product ordered not available then a different product may be delivered! On the website the Stephanotis gift bag still shows as being in stock.
