Good Points
Tiny phone! Lots of features, yet very easy to get used to using. A superb phone, but perhaps too small (in terms of technology)?

Bad Points
Extremerly unreliable. EVERYONE I know who has had one of these phones has had to return it every couple of months. Dispite software upgrades, and motherboard upgrades this phone continues to be exremerly unreliable! You have been warned! Definitely take out extended warranty/ phone insurance!

General Comments
Problems with this phone:



Can switch off when typing messages.

Resets itself.

Deletes messages and phone numbers on its own accord.



This phone is brilliant, although not quite as individual as it once was. Please be prepared to have this phones repaired every couple of months. I definitely recommend that you take out insurance and/or and extended warranty on this phone. This will save distress later on!
