my wife who is disabled &myself called into the burnley branch to enquire about a kuga on motability. the service we received was terrible. i asked questions but received very poor answers.i work in the retail trade & if i gave this type of service i would be ashamed. we have now been to a ford dealer in clitheroe and we were very satisfied with very good service
