“Very happy with the car and the Service”

Because of family issues my wife and I had to go to Spain at short notice. We booked a car for 4 days with Victoria car Hire as we had used them before about 6 years ago when they were based in the car park of the airport. When we arrived and saw the new set out of the airport the instructions we had received on our confirmation email made more sense. We went to the bus meeting point but the bus wasn't there. So as the instructions said, if the bus isn't there call the number which we done and the bus arrived within 5 minutes to take us just outside of the airport to the rental office. We had one customer in front of us but within about 20 minutes of getting there we were all sorted in our car (a very nearly new fiat panda) and off we went. Returning the car was just as easy. I paid for the super relax insurance, I'm not sure if it was compleatly essential but it seems to cover everything but as I didn't have to claim on it I'll never know. Victoria Cars aren't the cheapest on the net but in my experience you get what you pay for, and we will use them again.
