“321 travel Not at all happy so far with your shabby...”

Have just booked what looked like a lovely holiday to Benalmedena for 4 adults and 1 child (albeit there are only 2 adults, 2 teens and 1 child). Total price comes up on screen and a reference number. Each time you google it a different price comes up but hey ho it wasn't a million miles off. First problem our return airport in Managua (which is in Nicuagra) instead of Malaga. Second issue is Agency bonding Fee of £18 per person per flight which is of course in the small print of the terms and conditions. Fair enough but I was under the illusion that the agency bonding fee is to cover the likes of ATOL. So what exactly is the agency bonding fee? 321 Travel says it's their service charge to do with late booking seat saver deals, but we don't travel for 6 weeks, but that's not what it says in their terms and conditions. Also, nowhere on their website does it say there will be an additional charge for anything. The TOTAL PRICE is what comes up therefore we assumed all charges were included. Now I think God knows what we are going to find when we actually go. I am so disappointed, I loved their website and the ease with which the package could be narrowed down.
