“Poor customer service!”

I have been a customer with Gems TV for about 2 years and have a substantial collection of jewelly fom them within this timescale. The majority of items purchased I am pleased with, though I have bought items, especially earrings, where the stones have fallen out or arrived broken.

My main issue is with their customer service; it is appalling. The staff are rude, unhelpful and act like they do not want to retain your business. I also believe that my account has been blocked for returning items, all of which have been returned within the desired 30 day money back return date.

On one occasion the item on air actually was retailing for more than the same item on the gemporia site, so please be aware of this and check out online site prior to purchasing!

It is such a shame that this company offer such poor customer service as the majority of the items I have purchased have been fantastic. There are many other online retailers who provide better service and it is with a heavy heart that I will no be buying from Gems TV anymore; ultimately customer service is everything.
