“Beyond a joke ”

This garage is beyond shocking. Their mechanics are rude and even insult their own sales people expressing that salesmen opinion is not worth anything.
No one knows what the other is doing and their knowledge of cars and DVLA procedures is shocking.
Are unable to sort out any issues unless you take it further and you will be forever chasing them.
I would highly suggest staying well clear.
