“Misleading and unprofessional. They coax with wrong info”

I sought their service for a remortgage. After all the info given to me I decided with my hubby to go for the best lender, only to be told a different story once the process had started. We don't know who to turn to, we're going to make an official complaint. I don't believe they should be in business, definitely not worthy of providing a good service. I can't believe that in this day and age they are allowed to rob people with their unprofessional advice. I think a legal suit should set things right and they should compensate those they misrepresented. All of you people working hard and trying to make a living please please do your homework and avoid Mortgage Matters Direct at all cost.
