General Comments
I was obliged to take out this expensive policy due to the fact that my puppy became lame during the 6 week free period. The Kennel Club are slow to pay, I kept getting fobbed off with 'it's being dealt with'. I don't beleive that they should be able to contact the breeder to verify claims either as this is a priveledge that no other company has.
I'll say it again, this policy is SO expensive!
