“Helpful even when it's not a JustHostMe issue”

I contacted JustHostMe's support team when my website was down, but the reason for this was due to a 3rd party application.

JustHostMe were patient with my IT ignorance and generous with their time and support even though this was an issue that had nothing to do with any of their services
