The staff at the Victoria Palace Hotel in Sunny Beach are very friendly. the hotel is in an excellent location for all amenities. It is very clean and tidy all over the hotel, especially in the rooms. It is a



There is a lack of toilets when in bars, especially at night when it is busy. There is not enough access to sun loungers at the pool due to people putting towels on them to keep them, even when they are not at the pool.



This is a good family hotel. It is well run, and it has excellent accommodation. I would recommend it to anyone who asked me what hotel to go to in Sunny Beach.
