“Stay Away”

Seem OK when you sign up. But I moved house, they let me down on the first second and third install date. The service centre is in India and no one knows what they are doing! Cost me time off work and left me with no Internet for a month. I went with Virgin who had me installed within 48hrs. Talk talk are still billing me 5 months despite me telling them to cancel and will not answer my complaint letters and have now passed me to a debt collection agency, hopeless company and advise anyone to avoid!!!
