Thought we would have a holiday in UK this year, partner fancied Devon, so with two teenage children searched the internet to find the appropriate site, thought Devon Cliffs ticked all the boxes.......WRONG!!!! If you own a caravan then it might be better for you, if you dont then your just a mug who can spend £600.00 ++++ on a caravan and not care!!!! The site was terrible, the beach is disgusting, the seaweed problem is so bad and it smells of vomit, took four days before they even attempted to 'tackle' the problem which left them to heap the seaweed into huge piles and leave it smelling...not nice. It was con after con from the inflatables in the pool to sign being put up that the weather the next day was going to be bad so BOOK today. The entertainment was for toddlers - to eleven years old only until late, the enterainment team tried their best but to no avail. I could go on and on but no point, I just want to warn people , Dont waste your money' plenty of better sites out there. Have wrote letter after letter of complaint Haven dont want to know, to be honest will Never holiday with this firm again!!!
