“Irresponsible bank ”

I am carring a savings account in icici tilak nagar new delhi branch. I had deposited my 2000 and after one week my money has not been credited to my account. After one week today when i checked my bal through net banking i saw this mistake. Even now i dont have my receipt of payment.
Such a irresponsible attitute towards the hard earned money of the customers. Earlier loved this bank and its bankins services. Never though this can also happen.
ICICI BANK u had disappointed me.
Ur tilak nagar bank staff is so lenient at their work.
