The service was efficient.
But I was disappointed in that I enclosed an additional, new, unused Blackberry Q10 battery and asked that the agreed price be increased a little to reflect this.
I am sure this will be of financial use to Mazuma. No mention was made of this in Mazuma's emails, and nothing extra was paid.
