I ordered a golf club for my son and paid the extra delivery charge - still nothing after 5 days, when telephoned to chase ( and this took 2 attempts to get hold of someone - never accept they will call you back). Although it was showing one in stock there wasn't any in the warehouse - but they did not think to let us know - goodness knows when we would have heard. We are now waiting for our money to be refunded!
