“Good service but could work more on communication”

We used travelup to book a return flight from London Heathrow to JFK and made a booking for 5 people (2 adults, 3 children). The next day I needed to add someone to the booking. It was a bit of a faff and then the e tickets gave different boarding times. Not great as the addition was a 14 year old child. Whilst everything worked out really well we will had months worrying that the 14 year old would be on a different flight from us. Other than that we got instant e tickets and then had to log on to the kuwaitairways website 24 hours prior to departure and log in again online. I would use travelup again but would be hesitant in trying to make any alterations or additions. Also it's not clear on the eticket which reference number you should be inputting on the airline's website and that was fun for a while! All in all I'd use Travelup again without hesitation and I'd recommend them. A lot of people have said they booked and heard nothing but I suspect the auto response with the e ticket went to their junk in box as mine did but I knew to look. Thanks.
